Holing up for Hurricane \felix...and then some

Well, it seems that there is a big hurricane that is due to hit (northern) Honduras - don't worry I am located in the centre. But we will definately feel the effects, and we are stock piling water and food right now because it will apparently turn into a mud slide elsewhere in the country, making it hard for supplies to come through. So, we shall see what happens. I confess that it seems a little unreal to be somewhere where a hurricane is an actual threat! Please pray for safety, as we have no guarentees. HOwever the good news is that Sigua is never hit really bad. The bad news is that there is usually a hurricane that hits Sigua every twenty to thirty years and we are about due for one. So we shall see what happens. God has it all in control.
I will let you know what happens - but in regards to school this week, it is apparently up in the air - we don't know if there will be classes or not. Hmmm....we just need to plan for class, and if there is none we can use lessons later. However, depending on how badly the North gets hit, classes could be cancelled by the government. Who knows....I just have to wait it out.
Hope you all are having a good Labour Day!
